Our dear, good friend, the Darmstadt artist Peter Müller died suddenly and unexpectedly and far too soon on his beloved island of Samos.

You and your love for beauty live on in your works, and Samos’ beauty is now enriched by your imperishable great love for your island. You are now everywhere on Samos and that will remain so as long as we think of you.

Biography
Peter Müller (*1951 in Darmstadt) studied fine arts at the Städel Academy of Fine Arts in Frankfurt/Main from 1970 to 1973. He had his first solo exhibition in 1980 at the Staatstheater Darmstadt. Over the last twenty years he has had exhibitions in Germany, Holland, England, Greece and Turkey, where his works are kept in private collections.
His works have also been found in various selected group exhibitions, such as “Fluxus”, a travelling exhibition through Greece and Turkey. In 2004 he had a successful solo exhibition “Hiddens Gardens” at the “Tricycle Gallery” in London. Peter Müller lived and worked in Greece.
He died on 15.05.2013 in Karlovassi, Samos, Greece.
