The completely new equipped marble kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable holiday:

• Complete tableware
• Knife block with new sharp knives

And of course there are also all the other utensils with which you can prepare a great meal.

You can then have them with your family at our huge heavy solid wooden table, which our carpenter Manos has made for us from a single samiotic tree from the Karvounis.

Bedroom 1

The two bedrooms are located in the rear part of the house and each have a bed of approx. 160 x 200 cm. The bedroom has a great view of the sea from the bed. There is enough space for your stuff. the cupboard of the carpenter is very large and contains enough space for hanging and lying down.

We sent the really great mattresses from Bett1.de to Greece by post, because we are so enthusiastic about them at home. They will sleep, as in Abraham’s womb. By the time of the photos they had unfortunately not yet arrived.

Bedroom 2

The two bedrooms are located in the rear part of the house and each have a bed of approx. 160 x 200 cm. The bedroom has a small desk directly at the window with a great view of the wide sea. If you or your child still need to complete a paper, bachelor’s or master’s thesis during the holiday, there is probably no quieter place in the world with a nicer view for concentrated reflection.

There is enough space for your stuff here as well. the built-in wardrobe of the carpenter is very large and contains enough space for hanging and lying down.

We also sent for this room the really great mattresses of Bett1.de by post to Greece, because we are so enthusiastic about them at home. They will sleep, as in Abraham’s womb. Unfortunately, they had not yet arrived at the time of the photos.

There are two luxurious bathrooms in the house. The one, large bathroom is located on the ground floor right next to the two bedrooms, the second, smaller bathroom is located on the first floor on the gallery.

Both bathrooms are clad in high-quality, beautiful Greek grey-melted marble on the floor and walls. They each include a toilet and a shower, which is also equipped with a swell shower. The lower bathroom still has a large sink and the washing machine is housed here.

The lower bathroom is also a radiator for drying the towels, which provides a pleasant cosy warmth during the transition periods or in winter together with the underfloor heating.

On the gallery, which can be reached from the living room via an open wooden staircase, there is a desk and plenty of space, which we will later use, perhaps as a seat with TV. Here you can accommodate your empty suitcases during your holiday.

At the moment there is a desk with a printer, which you can use for your office work, which may also be necessary on holiday. Up here is also the second, smaller bathroom. In addition, a storage chamber containing the technology and our private utensils.

Last but not least, here comes the absolute highlight of this great villa. The huge sun veranda and of course the large infinity pool with its lying area. These will probably be the places where you will spend most of your time.
The large covered veranda has a tavern table with matching chairs where you can enjoy your meal with an insane view of the open sea.

And in the pool with its “infinite” view of the sea, to make its rounds then the relaxation is pure. Afterwards you can relax on our new loungers made of precious wood, or also use the gas grill, which has its place below the pool.

From your own experience: Sometimes you have to force yourself to do something, to visit, or to go to the sea. This place here is the most relaxing and relaxing place I know. You will enjoy it the same way.

Since the house is oriented to the northeast and has the mountains of Potami in the back, the temperatures here are also very pleasant, and not too hot. The pool and the sunbathing terrace are rarely in the blazing sun. Actually, there is always a shade from the house, from the terrace roof, from a tree or from the mountains, so that you always have a place in the shade, and can spend your time very enjoyably relaxing.
